Casey Halbach, Fractional Chief People Officer, leads the People Services organization, bringing more than 20 years of people leadership across the food service industry. Partnering closely with the CEO, Board, and executive team, Casey’s developed a scalable people model that prioritizes agility, efficiency, and a dynamic talent approach—key elements in driving the company’s 3x (and counting) people growth. Casey’s approach includes establishing crucial milestones through collaboration, fostering innovation, and disrupting traditional human resources, organizational design, and talent management approaches. Her role has been pivotal in building foundational programs, including total rewards programs and a multi-year capability architecture model, to support the company’s long-term success by engaging and motivating its people.
